Commuting a daily life issue

Traffic and transport are an importan issue that affects directly in the quality of life of many citizens of Dhaka, many people have to commute around the city to get to their jobs or their houses and a safer and better trip would improve their day to day life. In Dhaka there is a very high rate of traffic accidents and usually people don't respect traffic laws, pedestrian who are hurt in an accident usually die due to the lack of medical resources. The buses in which people move around are old rattletraps brought from China or Japan. The other main transportation is the train which is the biggest in the country, but few new lines have been built since its independency from Pakistan in 1971. Many people travel on the train sealing to avoid paying or due to lack of space, may people fall, having serious injuries.
