"Find your Breath" is a personal project formed by five self-portraits shooting with care in a strange and unconfortable situation, all this to better accentuate the concept that I wanted to translate into my images. Holding your breath under water is a metaphor to try and shape a state of mind, to try and describe a loop that, whether one likes it or not, is with us all day. Victims of ourselves, of our frenzy as well as of our time chasing us, we can remain afloat only if we find the right instant to breathe.
