The Caravan with the of the Commander’s ashes started the day on 2016 November 30 th from '' Havana at a time of Santiago de Cuba. The mortal remains of the President, wrapped in the Cuban flag and protected by a glass case, have traveled the same route that in January 1959, just days before the triumph of the revolution, Fidel Castro taken to reach Havana. The convoy will arrive in Santiago on December 3th after a journey of over a thousand kilometers across the island's main city, whose habitants, especially "campesinos", who used every means of transport available to assist the transition and give the last farewell to ' “eternal guerrillaâ€.
I started photographing in 1976 at the age of 19 with a film camera and as a self-taught person I learned how to print in the darkroom, developing films and printing in black and white. Subsequently, for about twenty years I dedicated myself to wedding photography until eight years ago I started to devote myself to a different genre with the intention of realizing something that could satisfy me on an emotional leave.To date, three of my projects have been published in trade magazines: Second Class, Ship Breacking Yard, Compartiendo Esperanzas.
