this series of photographs aims to describe the lives of children in its various aspects: childhood is a time rich in game, but also of fear, reflection, questions and research. Most of the photographs was taken in Nepal and is part of a larger project on children which is called "geometry of innocence". The series of photographs are all in black and white, to expresse the timeless condition of childhood.
Marco Sadori(1979)is born in Italy and graduated at the University of Bologna in history/sociology. He deepened the theme of the cultural identity with the historian Massimo Montanari. He started photography since the 1992 with an old Olympus Om-1 that his father gave him. He studied photography in Bologna with Fulvio Bugani; workshops by Davide Monteleone and Ernesto Bazan; readings portfolio with Joan Liftin and Beth Taubner. He specialized in long-term projects that links to few multiple topics specifically "identity in the border areas with relations between tradition and modernity".
