Paper planes is a combination of three photographic genres. Fashion, still life, and fine art.Paper planes reflect the disposability of modern day visual culture, fast fashion industry, and a general human condition. When my father -an artist- died in july 2015, i felt a strong need for creative renewal. A way to re-invent what i was doing, why, and for who. next to being shaken up on personal and emotional level, the loss of someone so close had an impact on my ability to create.
