Every year four crews start from Baikonur cosmodrome to the space. Every year hundreds of people are trying to prepare start and landing of astronauts more and more safety. This story is about, how the ground personel looking the space from the Earth. On Russian they are called "nazemnaya sluzhba" or "nazemka". Their slogan - "Space is beginning from nazemka".
