Nelson Mandela's Funerals

Thursday 5th of December 2013, Jacob Zuma, the actual South African president, announces Mandela has died, and that he would be given a state funeral. During 10 days, a whole nation would pay its last respects to the Father of the Nation. The first ever black South African president, who has fought the Apartheid and has given the freedom to his people, one of the greatest men of the XXth century, whose legacy continues to impact the lives of millions. Franck Boutonnet documented this last journey, from Johannesburg, Pretoria and to Kunu, in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa, the ancestral home of Nelson Mandela.
