Driving past these balloons on my way to work I sometimes wonder who they are for. Someone is having a birthday party and the balloons are there for the guest to know where the party is. Maybe. Or perhaps they are there to illustrate the celebration. There is a bit of sadness about these balloons. Something about scandinavians living too far away from one another. I dont know. I hope I will find another one today.
