Being a former inhabitant of Amsterdam, I never was interested in visiting the city’s red light district since it was already there for a long time and it did not appeal to me a lot. A few weeks ago I returned and was interested now in ‘ stealing' some vibrance from this area. It is a man dominated world, and I was intrigued by the male presence in these small streets and the effect it had on the females behind their little windows. It is a small series of pictures now but I am planning to continue this project in the near future..
