When roaming in the city of Fez one of the oldest cities of Morocco smell the strong odor that you know is close to the largest tannery for the leather industry is one of more crafts ancient Moroccan city of Fez, and methods of tanning is still in the same old ways that were taking place there since six centuries, where trampling worker with his feet in the water basin and works nearly every tannery 1,200 workers it is a profession inherited from their ancestors, tannery workers using several materials in order to address the skin extracted from the skins of animals.
