It was only a few months back that Karen considered taking her own life. There was no light at the end of the tunnel, all she could see was darkness. Lyme disease had taken everything. She knew exactly how to do it leaving no chance for survival. She researched online for the best bags to use for suffocation to avoid the last minute adrenalin rush to rip the bag off her head. "You buy sheets in these bags, they're really thick and you can't rip it open if you decide you want out”.

After completing a Bachelor in Photography majoring in Photojournalism I worked as a staff photographer for News Ltd in Brisbane, Australia. I am currently working on personal projects.
