I shot this series of four images in Corralejo Dunes National Park. I spent some hours wandering the dunes watching the shades drawn by wind-driven clouds. I shot a few photos, then the sky opened up and the view, in full sun, lost a bit of charm.

I was born in Genoa, Italy, in 1969. In the late 80s I bought my first film camera. During the next five years I took a huge amount of images. In the mid-90s, distracted by many changes in my life, I stopped completely that activity. For many years later I felt the need to vent my creativity in different forms. I worked as a graphic designer for a decade. I painted intensely for a couple of years. In 2007 I started a long, gradual process of rapprochement to photography. In 2015 I started to partecipate in international photo contests. Today I use a medium format digital camera
