We meet and penetrate the world around us, both produced by the hands of and mind of man and nature, wildlife, where a large part of the invaded and from which we derive raw materials and energy used in the development of civilization. Along the way, it appears that this our civilized world in which any "ideas of tomorrow" implemented and implemented today, it does not become more safe for humans, are many issues that apparently are rigorously controlled, spinning out monitoring of existing systems.
