Sahara Sands

  • Photographer
    CHRISTINE EASTWOOD

The Sahara Desert home to very few living things. Here we can see the tracks of a beetle as it walks across the desert. Trees grow but very little can live or survive the desert. Water becomes as precious as gold out here.

Following my love of art and photography after bringing up my four children I went back to school, then after a year taking a higher education course in Art & Design I then attended Batley School of Art and completed a 3 year BA Hons Photography degree gaining a fist class honours degree in 2014. My love of abandoned places and forgotten spaces drives my passion
