Hiding in the shadow/walking in the sun

his photo is taken at a visit of Villa Cavrois (by architect Mallet-Stevens), France, there was a narrow path close to the ceiling from where I could get an overall view of the room. The other people didn't notice this path hidden in the shadow and looked into the sunny garden, thinking they were the ones being invisable to other visitors outside.
