This series explores, with reference to Persephone and the pomegranate, and also to Eve and the apple from the Tree of Knowledge, the mind-body dichotomy in human society as perceived by this woman photographer. Every woman's dilemma is defining herself not only as a female body apart from society's definition, an overriding concern of human society, but also as a mind free to make choices. These images are about a woman making choices by free will.
