Nomadic Life

Mongolians have always been nomadic people. Living in a vast and often barren land they rely on their livestock for nourishment. Every morning shepherds leave their gher (tents) and start tending the animals. Being itinerant each shepherd can help himself to another shepherd's gher and resources even if the latter is not at home. At the end of the day their family time is made of simple pleasures. When the time to move comes nomadic family pack their gher up and live. No traces of their passage lasts save a circle in the sand.
