Crowds watching on in amazement as Traditional Lion Dance on Stilts performers execute daring aerial stunts atop 2-meter high poles at the courtyard of the 110-year-old Khoo Kongsi temple in Penang, Malaysia, during a Chinese New Year festival. The lion is seen as a symbol of strength by the highly superstitious Chinese community, and such displays are always held during festive occasions as they are believed to bestow good luck and prosperity upon all present.
