Emotional blackmail: The suffocating interactions between couples, parents and children, in work places which are emotional blackmail that let us unable to breath; that in fact slowly strangles our necks. The emotional blackmailers start to self-pity, to blame, to belittle, to tag you or even threaten you when you don’t play along with them. Thus you feel guilty about it and begin self-doubt, to wonder whether you are bad and immature … you are deeply trapped in these emotions and unable to move.
