The initial idea would be to capture the morning madness with my children who wake up every day between 6 and 7 in the morning, fresh, ready for another day full of energy. The fact is that, when it comes to going to bed, things end up not being very different in some respects and I ended up mixing the two moments of the day, starting, for now, at night...
