In a world where the human race seeks dominion over all but it is often a victim of its own shares, such as environmental disasters, I thought of this conceptual work where primates, who share with us up to 99% of the DNA, are inserted into safety capsules to be able to someday regenerate a primitive life in another place, after our extinction. The photographs on the monkeys were taken in European zoos and the capsules are photos taken in the studio.
