This series is about waht I called "New Chicanos": they tattooed on their skin their origins, their stories, their symbols. They are first, second or third generation of Mexican immigrants (or Mexica as they were called in the past, before the Spanish domination), living in LA. On their skin they are both: the 2 cultures are merged, together with their story and desires. They are proud of their origin and they are American citizen. All the pictures are shoot in LA, especially in the area with the Chicanos tradition.
