    Bronze in Fine Art/Still Life

This artwork has been mainly inspired by the still life paintings of such well-known masters of the 17th century as Juan de Zurbarán, Willem Heda, Willem Kalf, Johannes Vermeer and Rembrandt. What makes these photos recognizable is a special oil painting look which makes any observer wonder if this is a photograph at all. These images were made using light painting technique and are a result of a number of different exposures layered together in Photoshop. They were taken in complete darkness using a special torch to light up the different parts of the composition.

Still-life photographer and light painter, Vadims Pjatrikovs is well-known for his style and the way of controlling the light. Having over 15 years of experience as a professional photographer, he has been working on different commercial and still life photography projects in London, UK, for the last 10 years. There is always something new and innovative happening in Vadim's world. And what makes his style recognizable today is this special oil painting look of his photography artwork.
